C, J and I decided that we needed to get out and enjoy the perfect weather last night, so we headed over to a nearby park for “Night to Unite.” What a neat event! When we got to the park we were greeted by police officers, firemen, SWAT team guys (that’s their official title) and rescue divers.
C had an amazing time looking at all the equipment

(okay, he did more than look),
sitting in the fire trucks
and police cars,
taking a ride on a Harley Davidson motorcycle, 
getting a “balloon sword”, watching a helicopter take off, and seeing the Fire Department put out a REAL fire. We had a great night out together!
